Intermittent caching issue affecting the Quotech platform

  1. Resolved

This incident has been resolved. Caching is serving correctly again and we are no longer seeing stale responses or intermittent errors. No further customer impact is expected.

  2. Investigating

We are seeing an intermittent caching issue affecting the Quotech platform. Some requests are being served stale or inconsistent cached responses, and a subset of requests intermittently return errors before succeeding on retry. The behaviour is intermittent rather than a sustained outage. Impact: Users may intermittently see out-of-date content or a transient error, and may need to reload the page. Sign-in and core workflows remain available, and retrying generally succeeds. No data loss is expected.
